Return and Refunds
No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns.
Items returned within 30 days of delivery must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- All tags attached
- Contact info@nayvica.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for approval before shipping the item back.
- Follow the provided packaging and return address instructions.
- Ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- You will receive email confirmation once the return is received and approved.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval.
- Additional time may be required by banks or payment providers before funds are released.
Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nayvica.com. Cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not yet entered processing. If the order has already been delivered and you no longer wish to keep it, a return request can be submitted in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

No, shipping is free within the United Kingdom.
If Your Delivery Is Late
- Please allow up to 3 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery period.
- If your order has not arrived after this additional time, contact info@nayvica.com for further assistance.
- Order Processing: Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days (Monday to Friday).
- Shipping Transit: Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 4–6 days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated Delivery Timeframe: Orders arrive within 5–9 business days from the purchase date.
